This nice woman had lower eyelid blepharoplasty performed by a San Diego plastic surgeon and was unhappy with her outcome.  She also had significant dry eye and corneal irritation because her eyelids were away from her eyes. Dr. Iyengar was able to return her eyelids to a normal position. She was pleased with aesthetic result and comfortable with her eyelids being able to close.
