This nice woman had lower eyelid blepharoplasty performed by a San Diego plastic surgeon and developed a large nodule on the left lower eyelid.  After a second surgical attempt at fixing this, she came to see Dr. Iyengar for revisional eyelid surgery.  She was pleased with the final outcome and aesthetic result.
