This nice woman had cosmetic upper eyelid blepharoplasty performed by a San Diego plastic surgeon. She was unhappy with the scar, and the plastic surgeon treated it with high-concentration steroid injections, which unfortunately left visible particles in her upper eyelid. Because she had already undergone upper eyelid surgery with skin removed, Dr. Iyengar had to perform a revision blepharoplasty to carefully excise these particles while still preserving eyelid function, making sure she could fully close her eyes.
