Revisional Eyelid Surgery Gallery Patient 117140

This nice woman had cosmetic lower eyelid blepharoplasty performed by a San Diego plastic surgeon. The lower eyelids have three fat pads which are typically addressed with blepharoplasty.  Here the nasal fat pads were missed and not addressed-arrows in photo.  Her left lower eyelid was also left pulling down causing eye irritation. Dr. Iyengar performed revision blepharoplasty, corrected the missed fat pockets, improved the eyelid to cheek transition, and repaired lower eyelid retraction with canthoplasty.
