This nice man had fat transfer to the lower eyelids performed by a San Diego plastic surgeon.  These large lower eyelid fat enlargements were present for over a year and he was told that they would resolve with time by his surgeon.  After no improvement, he asked Dr. Iyengar to help him with this very challenging situation.  Dr. Iyengar performed lower eyelid blepharoplasty and was able to meticulously remove these large injected fat particles in various planes in the lower eyelid through a scarless transconjunctival revision blepharoplasty approach.
