I’ve been seeing Dr Iyengar for several years, and I’m always impressed. He and his staff are kind and pleasant every time I come in for my visits. Dr Iyengar is an excellent eye surgeon, and also a personable guy to talk with. Highly recommend for anyone seeking an expert in eyelid surgery and also non-invasive (no surgery) eye rejuvenation.

After my Scripps doctor recommended upper and lower eyelid surgery, I spent several days researching blepharoplasty procedures and consulting with Oculoplastic surgeons across San Diego. Unlike my surgeon at Scripps, he opted to make the incision inside my lower eyelid, avoiding any visible scarring and minimizing potential complications. Dr. Iyengar is hands down the best eyelid surgeon ever! I had an upper blepharoplasty mid-January. The actual procedure was very smooth, fast, and efficient. It was done with only local anesthesia, and I was in and out of the office within an hour. No pain at all during the procedure. I had minimal bruising and swelling which was completely gone within two weeks. The healing was easy, and scars continue to improve daily. I can't recommend Dr. Iyengar enough! I did my research in finding the best surgeon out there and I wasn't disappointed. Do yourself a favor and go to the best! Thank you, Dr. Iyengar, my eyes look fabulous!

I had a basal cell carcinoma removed from my right lower eyelid. They had to take out the infection which left a large hole. Dr. Iyengar did a wonderful job repairing the eyelid. You would never know that I had surgery in this area.

I couldn’t be happier with the results of my upper bleph. Dr I and his staff took amazing care of me and were kind and responsive during the healing process. The incision is PERFECTLY placed in my crease. I’m so incredibly happy with the results.
