I enjoyed working with Dr. Iyengar and his staff. This was an easy procedure and went beyond my expectations. Not only does it look amazing, it corrected the vision in my right eye, which had more excess skin than my left and a stigmatism. I wore a contact to correct it, and because of the surgery, I now have 20/20 vision and no longer have to wear a contact. I am beyond happy with my results!

Finally decided to get my upper eyelids done . Did plenty of research on doctors in San Diego County . Conferred with other providers . All pointed to Dr Iyenger . They look great 1 week out . I will post photos when complete but I could not be happier . Office staff is also lovely .

I had such a great experience with Dr. Iyengar! I came in feeling self-conscious about my puffy under eyes that always made me look tired. He was so kind and informative throughout the whole process. I liked that there was no sugarcoating with him and he made me feel like I could trust him. My results look natural — I still look like myself, just more refreshed and awake. My experience with Dr. Iyengar was positive. He is confident, compassionate, and truly attentive to his patients. His approach focuses on preserving the eye’s natural function and health, making sure the procedure does not interfere with proper eyelid closure. It is for this reason I chose Dr. Iyengar as my surgeon. I underwent ptosis repair along with upper and lower blepharoplasty, and Dr. Iyengar took the time to answer all of my questions during my consultation. The office was kind enough to schedule an additional appointment before my surgery to address any remaining questions and help ease my nerves. Even after surgery, he was readily available and responsive to any concerns that came up. The healing process takes time, but the results are absolutely worth it. Seeing my before-and-after photos was remarkable; I hadn’t realized how much of a difference the procedure would make. My eye shape is now more symmetrical, as I previously felt I had two differently shaped eyes. Friends and family have commented that I look refreshed, well-rested, and no longer tired or tense. Dr. Iyengar is an exceptionally skilled and caring surgeon who truly excels at what he does.

I was very happy that I chose Dr.Iyengar and San Diego Eye Specialists for my lower blepharoplasty surgery. Dr.Iyengar used all of my under eye fat to give the area a smooth appearance. I did get a 2nd consultation and decided to move forward with Dr.Iyengar. I wanted to make sure that even though this was a cosmetic procedure, that the focus was the surgery itself and he is an expert and does this surgery often. The surgery went great, I healed amazingly, and they made themselves available for questions/concerns at every step.
