Case 1.
This is a case of a patient who had a lower eyelid blepharoplasty performed by a San Diego plastic surgeon. Her eyelids were pulling down from too much skin removed. Dr. Iyengar was able to fix this complication using skin grafts. She was very pleased with the result and glad to be back to herself. Case 2.
