I can’t say enough about how great Dr. Iyengar is. I saw him for a cyst on my eyelid. The receptionist was able to find me a next day appointment. Dr Ivengar immediately diagnosed the cyst and was able to remove/take a sample for biopsy. The entire process was smooth. The Dr and the rest of the staff were professional and genuinely nice. Dr. Iyengar at San Diego Eyelids specialists is the absolute best at what he does. Extremely professional and talented. Dr. Iyengar performed a lower lid blepharoplasty on me. Most doctors only remove the "bags" (extra fat) from under the eye area leaving patients with a hollow look. Dr. Iyengar skillfully removed the fat and then repositioned it to leave me with a full and natural looking appearance. No "hollow" look and no fillers! Minimally invasive with him entering from the inside of my eyelid. No external incisions making recovery a piece of cake. All I needed was Tylenol to manage the mild discomfort after the procedure. If I had it to do over again, I would do the procedure a 1000 times. I can't believe I waited so long to do it in the first place. I can truly say that Dr. Iyengar has changed my life. I have always been so self-conscious about my under eye area but now I am super confident because I know that it looks absolutely stunning. Everyone that sees me can't quite say I look amazing and attribute it to me losing weight or...something, LOL. I would highly recommend Dr. Iyengar and his team at the Eye Lid Specialist.
